Do you like pushup or you only do one type of pushup. Pushups is very effective exercise to increase chest size. Here we discussed about five different pushups, you must try.
Wide Arm Pushups
Wide arm pushup is similar to simple pushups. Get the position of pushup and let your hands wide apart a little bit from both sides. Do minimum 10 wide arm pushups that pressurize your chest to expand and also you will feel pain in the arms. This pushup make your upper body strong.
Military Pushups
Military pushups must do by everyone. Trainers of the military used this pushup so much because cadets must have strength. The military pushup is a little bit difficult but if you practice daily, you can do many pushups in a single go.
Start with the position of standard pushups and your legs should be together, your hands should not be more than 12 inches apart. Now do this pushup as much as you can.
Diamond Pushups
The diamond pushup is my favorite one because it is seriously a challenging one to do this pushup. So let's do this, Be in a position of standard pushup and then join your first fingers and thumbs of both the hands, don't forget to join your legs together. It really works on your triceps and chest gain.
Staggered Hands Pushups
Train the muscle pushup asymmetrically across the body and requires more core activation for stability.
From the standard pushup position, move your one hand forward and do the pushup, similarly, move another hand forward and do a pushup. Keep your elbow tight to your body throughout the movement.
Hindu(Super) pushups
It works on the shoulder, triceps, and core also it improves flexibility. Slowly from downward dog position to cobra, bend your elbows and lower your nose to the floor between your hands. Without rising continue moving forward to slide your chin and chest. Repeat this for at least 10 times.
